I had an amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The staff were friendly, cute, and helpful. The location was great, with points of interest within walking distance and a metro station close by. I enjoyed the breakfast with delicious pastries. The hotel was clean and had good facilities.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and cute. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely dining room. The room and bathroom werenice and neat. The hotel had good WiFi and convenient amenities like a taxi rank and bus stop nearby.

The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. One particular highlight was when my wife's phone got stolen near a museum, and the staff tirelessly called the museum until someone agreed to search for it. The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious rooms and a super comfy bed. The breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was great. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a noisy shower and limited hot water, the overall experience was good. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. we had a fantastic stay at Il Salotto Della Regina!
